shit your parents say

The parental statements on this site are true to the best of our recollection. Sally and Pete are real people and really did say this stuff to us as we were growing up. We wish they weren't true sometimes, but you have to admit they are damn funny now that we are grown and out of the house.

We cannot verify statements provided by our readers, but since our parents are real, we have to believe that, for good or evil, there are others out there just like them.
